By commissioning me you agree to the following:

---> I retain the right to decline any commission offerings if they’re not suitable for me to complete!---> I give the base WIPs (work in progress shots): sketch, line art, base colors. If you want more, tell me.---> Payment is made up-front.---> Payment is made through Artistree (can use debit card, credit card, cash app, apple pay, google pay)---> Refunds: If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, refunds are only available before the lineart fase.---> No explicit nsfw (I'm 17)---> Duration: 1-2 weeks (depending on the commission). I will keep you updated if there are any significant delays. Check my commission queue for the status of your order!---> For commercial use, you have to pay extra.---> NOT exclusive to you, I can post it on social media and make and sell merch from it (unless it would infringe on another´s copyrighted work )---> You are allowed personal use of the finished piece, which exludes any commercial or promotional use - including: profile pictures and banners. You are allowed to make prints for personal use.---> You can post it on social media just fine, AS LONG as you credit and/or tag me ( on Instagram tagging me is a must!)---> Please don't give real life photos of kissing or any type of suggestive content as reference photos!!---> Please look at my examples, and understand what to expect, and if you want any changes to my style, tell me in the commission details from the start.---> Training AI models or editing the artwork with ai is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me you agree to the following:

---> I do not collect any personal data.---> I delete the references you provide after some time.---> The drawings I create are kept in a folder and shared on social media.---> The piece is not exclusive to you, I can post it on social media and make and sell merch from it (unless it's your own character/character design).---> If you get commercial use and want your project to be hidden for a time, then of course I can wait and post it on my socials after you make it public.---> You can post it on social media just fine, AS LONG as you credit and/or (depending on the platform) tag me ( on Instagram tagging me is a must!)
